Startup manufacturers tend to be more agile and
innovative, allowing them to quickly develop and
implement new technologies, but they often lack
the resources and market experience of established
OEMs. In contrast, established OEMs have extensive
production capacity, but their processes can be
slower and less flexible, limiting rapid adaptation
to new trends. Both approaches have strengths:
startups excel in speed and innovation, while OEMs
offer scale and proven expertise.
We need to gradually introduce
zonal systems alongside traditional
architectures to allow for a smoother
transition. Designing components
with modularity in mind will simplify
this integration and future upgrades."
