Where many legacy lighting technologies have
brighter and dimmer sections as a natural result of
construction and aging, typical LED lights used in
street lighting are conformal panels of lights that
provide much more even lighting of an area (Figure
1). LED color options offer enhanced visibility for
drivers, foot traffic, bikers, and those traveling on

be precisely controlled by LED selection and even
control electronics.
